Last week, he took a picture of a storm in Groningen, Netherlands to post on his blog. But when he checked his camera to review the pictures he had taken, he spotted a UFO shaped like a jellyfish floating in the sky, emitting a strange blue light.
“I saw the haunting beauty of the sky from my window, and I waited for the rain to stop before I went out to take pictures,” says Brother Perton.
“When I was taking pictures, something flashed. At first I thought it was the camera flash, but before that the flash was still off, and no raindrops fell on the lens.
“I ᴀssumed it must have been a flash of lightning – but when I got home I spotted something odd in a pH๏τo I took – something that looked like a UFO.”
Since the pH๏τo was posted on the Internet, many heated debates have broken out about the mysterious halo. But despite speculation that it could be an alien object, Mr. Perton said there must be a reasonable explanation.
He added: “Personally, I am not a believer in UFOs – I think it is some kind of meteorological phenomenon. Perhaps a ray of sunlight penetrated the storm clouds and created this effect.”
